What do I get in the standard package?

• - With every project we deliver valid W3C XHTML 1.0 strict or HTML5 code according current standards.
• - Valid W3C shorthand css code, that is optimized for reduced selector use, file size, and advanced use of semantics.
• - Cross browser compatibility is what we are here for. We test our code thoroughly in all modern browsers: Safari 4+, FF 3+, IE 6+, Opera 10+, Google Chrome.
• - Each project we create uses table-less code, with table tags being used for tabular data only. Our code is already organized in a semantic fashion, making sure that copy (text) is highly positioned in the code, and advertising or other less important content (from the search engine's perspective), is below it. No inline styles or JavaScript will appear in your code, presentation/user experience effects are completely separated from the markup.
• - We use relative font sizes by default in order to improve the accessibility of your pages.
• - At no extra cost to you, we provide the integration of one level, fly-out menus when included in your original design.

Do you use tables or DIVS?

We code our markups using DIV's and occasionally use tables for tabular data.

Are drop-downs menu's included?

At no extra cost to you, we provide the integration of one level, fly-out menus when included in your original design. For more complex menus we provide you with a quote.

Do you do Javascript and AJAX?

We have some really talented Javascript and AJAX programmers here, so be assured you will be getting high-quality code back.

What file types do you accept?

We prefer original design source files ( .PSD, Fireworks .PNG, .AI ). We we also accept any other type of image format like .JPEG, .PNG, .PDF, etc. If you have any questions about the format of your files please contact us

What browsers do you support?

We write code according to W3C standards, and we pride our code to be displayed in all popular browsers. Our coding supports all the latest and most popular browsers: Internet Explorer 7+ Firefox 3+ Opera 10+ Safari 4+

Will you keep a back-up copy of my project?

Yes, we keep a 6-month back-up of all client files and projects. Be assured, that you can contact us in this time if you ever misplace or lose your project files, we will be more than happy to provide you with another copy.

Implementations

Can you install my theme?

Yes we can, however in some cases we do charge a small fee depending on your hosting provider as some hosts can be more labor intensive.

Who owns the final themed CMS?

You of course! :)

How do implementations work?

What's included in all our implementation packages are basic standard implementations. Basically, we make basic templates based off your design. Meaning you will receive a theme that looks just like your design. Anything additional we will gladly provide you a quote and will review your designs before we start the process just to make sure all parties are aware of everything involved.

Can you make fixes to existing HTML and CMS's?

Absolutely.

Do you offer design work?

Yes we do, please contact us with your project request.

Can you re-write HTML?

Absolutely.

Do you take existing HTML and turn it into a theme?

Absolutely, just send us in your current HTML and we can take it and turn it into a theme for you. However, we must first look at your HTML to make sure it is "theme ready" and is not coded using tables.

How do changes and revisions work?

Well, if there is a case were our mark-up and code isn't exactly pixel-perfect and you need a few adjustments and changes made, we will absolutely work on getting those changes fixed for you that same day.

What if I have extra sub-pages in the future?

If you have extra sub-pages in the future for an older order, we will charge you our normal sub-page rate. Always. We will never charge you extra no matter how much time has passed.

Sending In Designs

What hours do you work?

We currently work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. We quote time-lines in business days, so please be aware that we don't work weekends, those days are not accounted for in our schedule.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! The larger the volume, the larger the discount. Let us know what you need.

Do you have phone support?

We do have a phone number we offer to our clients, but right now - we are currently not taking sales orders over the phone.

What is the payment process?

We prefer upfront payment but we give the option for a 50% deposit to start work on your project. Up to you.

Project Questions

Do you hand-code?

Yes, we do not use any form of generator, or "site grinder". You can be confident that every bit of your code is hand-coded by only talented front-end coders. You're in good hands

Will your code be valid?

Absolutely! We only provide W3C valid hand-coded goodness! :)

Will your name appear on my site?

Absolutely not, we are a completely transparent service.

Will you use my project in your portfolio?

No, unless you give us permission to display your project.

Do you work under NDA? Will you sign one?

Yes, we absolutely work under Non-Disclosure. Client privacy is extremely important to us, and we take it seriously. You can be assured we will never contact your clients or anyway non-related to your project. If you want us to sign a personalized NDA, send it over and we will sign it.

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal payments.

Money-Back Policy We guarantee to give you a refund only in following circumstances:

• Your order cannot be finished at time.
• You are not satisfied with the final product.
